Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our consulting team and support clients in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable DevOps solutions on Azure. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure, with a proven ability to work across the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams to implement and support modern DevOps practices across development, test, staging, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into DevOps solutions using Azure.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines tailored to client environments using Azure DevOps.
• Support containerized applications using Kubernetes (AKS) in client infrastructure.
• Provide end-to-end environment support—from development to production—ensuring system reliability and availability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis during critical production incidents.
• Automate environment provisioning and deployments using infrastructure-as-code tools (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).
• Share best practices and mentor client teams on DevOps tools, processes, and operational excellence.
• Adapt DevOps strategies to meet the unique demands of various client industries and architectures.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Demonstrated ability to support applications across the full lifecycle—development, QA, staging, and production.
• Proven track record in production support, including incident management and performance tuning.
• Comfortable contributing to the build, maintenance, and support of complex environments across multiple stages.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse client settings.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with GitOps practices and service mesh technologies.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104) are advantageous.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable.
