SCOPE OF WORK: As a Backend Engineer with strong DevOps capabilities, you will be responsible for building and maintaining backend systems while driving infrastructure reliability and deployment efficiency:

• Architect product and core infrastructure with long term reliability, scalability, and security in mind. Work closely with Infrastructure partner to establish security-compliant, cost-optimized, and scalable infrastructure.
• Advise, coordinate, and directly contribute to the design and setup of infrastructure from scratch, including provisioning environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Set up and operate system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Implement high performance, well-structured backend services, ensuring high-quality maintainable & testable source code
• Engage in continuously production deploying and scaling back-end services in both Cloud & On-premise infrastructure through release guidelines and system provisioning, as well as performance analysis, tuning and optimization

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: To start your adventure at our Backend Development team, you should have

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Development, with proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., Java, Golang, TypeScript...), any Cloud service and On-premise infrastructure
• Proven experience in building, provisioning, and operating infrastructure from scratch, including CI/CD pipelines, staging & production environments; Any experience in service scaling, performance analysis, and optimization is a big plus
• Strong collaboration skills with DevSecOps or infrastructure engineers to set up secure, observable, and scalable systems.
• Practical understanding of system monitoring, log aggregation, and incident response workflows (with modern tools like Prometheus, Grafana,...)
• Comfortable working with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
• Be open to learning and adopting new technologies as needed.
• Experienced taken part in mentoring, knowledge-sharing, or played a role in building up DevOps capabilities in a team, is highly preferred.
