About the role:

Supporting a user base of c. 1,000 people you will help manage, standardise and optimise the existing Infrastructure and cloud environments. You will provision, configure and maintain Azure cloud resources as per Microsoft best practise. Working closely with cross functional teams, you’ll gain direct exposure to application development and continuous integration across the entire Microsoft Azure environment.

Some ongoing / future state requirement;

• Build and improve security frameworks across the Microsoft stack
• Configuration of Always On Microsoft VPN
• Intune MDM configuration & deployment
• IaC deployment using best practice tools such as; Bicep and/or Terraform

In addition, you will be working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, with a business that advocates flexibility and wellbeing. Close to public transport!

About you:

The successful Engineer can fulfil duties across the following;

• Proven experience engineering cloud solutions into production, including provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting of cloud resources
• Ability to evaluable and enhance security measures in relation to M365 / Azure / Entra ID
• Strong collaborative skills to ensure efficient cooperation across DevOps, Security and other team functions
• General interest and appetite to learn and deploy IaC using tools like Bicep & Terraform
• Proficient networking skills to support and optimise balanced workloads on F5 or Microsoft ALB
• An automation first approach
