Job Title: Cloud Engineer – Poland (Remote or Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking technology consultancy operating at the cutting edge of cloud transformation. You'll be part of a team that delivers impactful solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP for clients in industries ranging from fintech to healthcare to global enterprises.

As a Cloud Engineer, you'll work on innovative cloud-native projects involving infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud security – playing a key role in shaping scalable, reliable systems for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructures on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Automate infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Software Engineering, and Architecture teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and improve delivery workflows.
• Monitor system performance and availability, implementing optimisations and proactive improvements.
• Support migration projects from on-prem or legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
• Advocate best practices in cloud architecture, security, and operations.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong background in Linux systems administration or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and cloud-native services.
• Good communication skills in English (B2+ level).

to Have

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, or GCP Professional Cloud Engineer.
• Previous consultancy or client-facing experience.
• Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Polish language skills are a plus but not required.
