We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to support and enhance a mission-critical platform that leverages open-source data for social media exploitation and analytics. You will be part of an agile, cross-functional team working in a multi-cloud, DevSecOps-driven environment to maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance systems and applications.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain infrastructure in multi-cloud environments, with a focus on AWS (S3, EC2, EBS)
Automate system provisioning and application deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud workloads
Support application teams with secure, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud solutions
Collaborate with DevOps and software development teams to integrate and secure CI/CD pipelines
Ensure compliance with security standards (FISMA, POAMs) and resolve vulnerabilities
Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure, including Linux/Unix systems and networking components
Assist in managing containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
Document system configurations, architecture decisions, and support procedures
Understanding of service-based architectures, APIs, and cloud-native design
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling
Familiarity with multi-tenant architecture and cloud optimization strategies
Experience using collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Knowledge of cloud networking, storage, and virtualization best practices
