What you’ll be doing

In this role, you'll work in the Data Platforms Engineering team, utilising cutting-edge Cloud technology within Microsoft Azure to enhance our Enterprise Data Lakehouse platform.

Your responsibilities will encompass building robust code to underpin our platforms and implementing ETL processes to streamline data movement. Crucially, you'll be tasked with optimising data pipelines to enhance the performance of reporting tools and dashboards.

Automation will be a key focus, as you'll leverage your expertise to automate routine data processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing overall efficiency. Ensuring data security and compliance standards are upheld is paramount, guaranteeing that data is handled securely and in alignment with relevant regulations.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation across all development efforts, facilitating knowledge transfer, making the onboarding process for new team members easier.
