Job Title : Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Type : C2C / W2

Experience : 8-15 Years

Location : San Jose, California (On-Site)

Responsibilities

Experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
Deep hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments, including on-premises to cloud integrations.
Experience with cloud security, IAM policies, and compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO, HIPAA).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Exposure to multi-cloud governance and FinOps.
Strong skills in Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container orchestration platforms.
Working knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration.
Solid grasp of cloud networking, VPCs, NSGs, VPNs, and load balancers.
Proficiency with scripting languages: Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or DevOps Engineer Expert.
Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
Implement and manage networking, storage, compute, identity, and security in cloud ecosystems.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, or similar IaC tools.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency using tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Datadog.
Manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and best practices for cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
Maintain documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, or any other related field.
