Role And Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and project KPIs
Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
Plan team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities
Manage stakeholders and external interfaces
Set up tools and required infrastructure
Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
Review, verify, and validate software code developed in the project
Troubleshoot techniques and fix code bugs
Monitor processes during the entire lifecycle and create new processes for improvement
Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible
Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures through vulnerability assessment and risk management
Manage incidence management and root cause analysis
Coordinate and communicate within the team and with customers
Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools
Strive for continuous improvement and build CI/CD pipeline
Mentor and guide team members
Monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs
Manage periodic reporting on progress to management and customers
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong knowledge of software development, testing, and automation tools
Experience in project management and stakeholder management
Understanding of IT infrastructure and tools setup
Familiarity with development, test, release, update, and support processes
Proficiency in troubleshooting and code review/validation techniques
