Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a motivated and experienced DevOps Clerk to join our team. As a DevOps Clerk at Bank of Jordan, you will be responsible for supporting the development and operations teams by implementing and maintaining efficient and automated processes for software development, testing, and deployment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and continuous integration and delivery of software applications. Responsibilities

Automate software build, deployment, and testing processes using tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Git
Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality, security, and scalability
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to software and infrastructure
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Develop and maintain documentation for software development and deployment processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and agile methodologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
0-1 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team
