About Us

We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains, operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

We're preparing to onboard a DevOps Engineer to support GCP cost optimization, CI/CD improvements, and potentially guide cloud migration efforts. This role will join an established engineering team working on scalable blockchain-based infrastructure for global insurance clients.

✅ What You’ll Do

Audit and optimize infrastructure on GCP
Support planning and migration to AWS if required
Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)
Maintain containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Monitor and secure cloud services

🛠 Required Skills

5+ years in DevOps/Site Reliability roles
Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices
Fluency in English (verbal and written)

🌟 Nice To Have

AWS experience (for migration planning)
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver
Background in fintech, insurtech, or high-availability systems
