The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading digital investor communications platform that provides Proxy Voting and Shareholder Disclosure services globally. Originally developed by a major financial institution, this platform aims to transform capital markets with innovative and compliant solutions that benefit the entire financial ecosystem.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us in this exciting project. You will join a talented and driven team dedicated to disrupting the global financial services sector. You will work closely with technology and product teams from various regions around the world and contribute to the growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, manage, and administer both existing and new CI/CD tools to support development and production environments
Design and implement configuration management and automation tools to streamline application delivery
Orchestrate development and production pipelines
Improve deployment processes in collaboration with development teams
Help define and evolve DevOps practices and deployment strategies
Support the full software delivery lifecycle through tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, and AWS CodeDeploy
Monitor, log, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies aligned with business needs
Requirements
Experience in a DevOps or related engineering role
Hands-on experience with AWS-native services, including ECS and EKS for container orchestration, CloudFormation for infrastructure automation (Terraform is a plus)
Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, with Jenkins as the primary orchestration tool
Familiarity with the Atlassian toolset, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, and Statuspage.
Experience working with monitoring, logging, and security tools in cloud environments
Background in financial services or fintech is preferred, but not mandatory
