We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes-based infrastructure with a focus on automation, security, and scalability. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure containerized workloads across environments, while supporting application teams in optimizing their Kubernetes usage.
Required skills:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
Proven experience with tools like Helm, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes ecosystem.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking, RBAC, security, and storage.
Practical knowledge of observability tools and infrastructure monitoring.
Familiarity with RKE2 and AKS platforms.
Solid grasp of infrastructure policy management and best practices.
CKAD certification (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) is required.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Argo Events or Argo Workflows.
Additional Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKS).
Experience with cloud-native security tools and GitOps workflows.
This is your role
Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications using Helm charts.
Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to secure access to cluster resources.
Handle Kubernetes networking and persistent storage integration.
Maintain and enhance observability using monitoring and logging tools.
Ensure security best practices are followed to protect cluster environments.
Configure and enforce Kubernetes policies and standards.
Use ArgoCD (and ideally Argo Events/Workflows) for continuous deployment.
Support and maintain clusters on RKE2 and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Willingness to work On-call/Onduty: Availability for on-call support as needed.
2 days onsite in office are neccessary

The basic salary component from 1800 EUR gross per month - the exact amount of the salary depends on the actual knowledge and experience, qualifications and expertise of the candidate.
