We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, deploying, and maintaining Kubernetes-based infrastructure with a focus on automation, security, and scalability. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure containerized workloads across environments, while supporting application teams in optimizing their Kubernetes usage.

Required skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Proven experience with tools like Helm, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking, RBAC, security, and storage.
• Practical knowledge of observability tools and infrastructure monitoring.
• Familiarity with RKE2 and AKS platforms.
• Solid grasp of infrastructure policy management and best practices.
• CKAD certification (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Argo Events or Argo Workflows.
• Additional Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKS).
• Experience with cloud-native security tools and GitOps workflows.

This is your role

• Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications using Helm charts.
• Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to secure access to cluster resources.
• Handle Kubernetes networking and persistent storage integration.
• Maintain and enhance observability using monitoring and logging tools.
• Ensure security best practices are followed to protect cluster environments.
• Configure and enforce Kubernetes policies and standards.
• Use ArgoCD (and ideally Argo Events/Workflows) for continuous deployment.
• Support and maintain clusters on RKE2 and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Willingness to work On-call/Onduty: Availability for on-call support as needed.
• 2 days onsite in office are neccessary
