Job Duties: - Monitor applications and systems for performance and security, and respond to any alerts or issues;- Manage data backups and recovery processes to ensure that vital information is secure;- Record procedures, workflows, and system configurations for future reference;- Provide technical assistance and support to staff regarding IT systems and applications;- Assist legal staff with any technical issues related to immigration software and tools;- Help manage and organize client data and documentation within the firm's systems;- Identify areas for improvement in IT processes and suggest upgrades or new solutions.Special requirements:- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.- Must have at least 12 months of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
