Role:

Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer who can effectively combine technical delivery with team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a solid hands-on background in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and Azure DevOps, while also demonstrating the ability to mentor team members, manage DevOps workflows, and drive cloud automation strategy. You will lead a small team of DevOps engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and scale infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Azure services
• Develop and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure reliable and scalable cloud environments
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues

Technical Skills

• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services and architecture
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, environments)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written English and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and outstanding problem-solving ability.
• Task- and results-oriented, with the ability to:
• Excellent organization skills with a focus on goals and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container orchestration
• Familiarity with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications
