Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and scale our infrastructure with a focus on security, performance, and client-controlled deployments. You will work closely with our engineering and security teams to support BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) architectures, including deployments into customer-managed Azure tenants, ensuring compliance with strict data protection and residency requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage infrastructure for customer-hosted deployments, particularly in Azure BYOC and private cloud environments
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Containerize and manage microservices using Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
• Support and optimize PostgreSQL databases across environments
• Build secure, scalable deployment workflows that meet ISO 27001, GDPR, and client-specific privacy requirements
• Collaborate with backend and ML engineers to support model serving, data processing, and retrieval pipelines
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and failover strategies for high availability
• Participate in client technical reviews and InfoSec due diligence processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
• Proven experience with Azure, especially customer-managed environments and resource isolation best practices
• Expertise in Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing PostgreSQL in production
• Strong background in security-first architecture, encryption, and access controls
• Experience supporting production-grade SaaS or AI/ML infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Experience with data pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems or LLM workloads
• Exposure to legaltech, regulated industries, or enterprise client deployment cycles
