Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Permanent

Must have:

• Full working rights. No sponsorship available.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer.

Mandatory Skills

• DevOps - CI/CD experience - Github Actions (including scripting)/ Circle-CI
• Clear Communicator - to have had experience working with teams across shores, and be a clear communicator
• Production environment setup experience and Prod/high priority issues - support
• Problem Solving and Debugging Skills
• Incident management experience in a critical system. (aware of ITIL)

Good to have:

• Scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash or YAML.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Monitoring tools include Datadog, AWS Cloud Watch, New Relic, Splunk, Dyna Trace, etc.
• Other DEVOPS experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Kibana etc.
• NoSQL exposure (Like - Mongo or Couchbase DB)
• KAFKA
• Hands-on in LINUX
• AGILE - some exposure to AGILE methodology
