The Role

We’re seeking a DevOps Support Engineer to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and customer experience. In this dual-facing role, you’ll ensure seamless deployments, optimise system performance, and provide responsive, expert-level support to enterprise customers.

You’ll manage secure, high-performance environments across both cloud and on-premise setups, and help build scalable processes that evolve alongside the platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Monitoring: Respond to support tickets with fast, accurate, and helpful solutions.
  • Database Management: Maintain and optimise SQL databases with performance tuning and regular housekeeping.
  • Deployment Management: Manage cloud and on-prem deployments, ensuring configuration meets technical and customer standards.
  • SSO Configuration: Set up and troubleshoot secure SSO integrations for enterprise customers.
  • Internal IT Support: Provide IT support to the internal team across devices, apps, and connectivity.
  • Security & Audits: Support penetration testing, cyber audits, and enforce security best practices.


Key Requirements

  • Eligible for UK security clearance.
  • 5+ years managing and optimising SQL databases.
  • Proficient with Azure Cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Skilled in PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (especially Build and Release Pipelines).
  • Solid understanding of SaaS deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Windows Server and IIS.
  • Experience in a customer-facing support role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise IT context.
