We are looking for a creative DevOps Engineer who can quickly pick up on new technologies and values (creating) standards and has a proactive attitude towards automation, testing and security. You have experience with working in Agile teams (Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework). In this role, you will be a technical authority, a team motivator, and a spokesperson who can confidently represent the team in cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and configuration of the Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) platform
• Technical lead for the team. That includes

Coaching other team members

Taking the lead in design initiatives together with architects

Ensuring backlog items are of high quality, especially on the “how” and definition of done

• Participating in potential client meetings to identify technical integration requirements
• Lead the build-run-operate mindset of a critical component in the authorization backbone of the bank

Requirements

• At least 5 years or more experience in relevant aspects of this vacancy;
• Strong and broad technology background;
• Significant experience with Cloud (AWS), Containerization, Kubernetes etc;
• Preferably knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines, Networking, ITIL;
• Experienced and flexible in programming, preferably Python;
• Learning and knowledge-sharing attitude;
• Affinity with cyber security is an advantage;
• Experience with Agile and Scrum;
• Easily find your way in a complex organization;
• Language: English mandatory, Dutch preferred.
