Are you a DevOps professional with a passion for open-source tools and cloud infrastructure? We're currently supporting an exciting digital transformation project in Berlin and are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the team on an ANÜ (temporary employment) basis.

In this role, you'll be working on the modernization of a key internal collaboration platform. The current system (based on Jira/Confluence) is being phased out in favor of a more flexible, open-source solution. You’ll take the lead in evaluating, installing, and configuring new tools—either in Kubernetes environments or on virtual machines—and help benchmark them alongside an experienced platform team.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based in Berlin, with a hybrid setup (2 days/week on-site). We're looking for someone who has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in agile DevOps or system administration environments, plus a solid foundation in technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and cloud IaaS/PaaS platforms.

You should also be familiar with identity services like Entra ID, SCIM, and OAuth 2.0—and ideally have experience working with open-source collaboration tools.

Salary Expectations:

Depending on your experience level:

– With 3–5 years of relevant experience, the gross annual salary will range from €65,000 to €80,000.

– For senior profiles (5+ years) with strong DevOps and cloud infrastructure expertise, the range goes up to €95,000+.
