Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate REST APIs within the Azure cloud environment
  

• Support 24/7 operational coverage, including regional handovers for continuous global support
  

• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to authentication infrastructure
  

• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to maintain high service availability and performance
  

• Contribute to incident response efforts and participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations
  

Required Skills & Experience :

• Hands-on experience with PingFederate implementation and ongoing support
  

• Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tools
