We are looking to hire technically skilled, self-driven Cloud and DevOps Engineer having 3+ years of hands-on experience. In this position, you will be responsible for building, automating, maintaining our SaaS applications infrastructure.

You will develop tools to allow for the speedy development and release of our software products.

You will be working in agile environment and should be quick to adapt to changes, meet deadlines, see product development from conception to rollout, its seamless operation and be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities:

· Support our SaaS products capabilities by developing scalable automation strategies of Cloud and DevOps.

· Maintain different product environments (Development, QA, Staging and Production). Create new environments, as needed through automation.

· Develop CI/CD for web, desktop and mobile (Android & iOS), Chrome Extension; maintain source code repositories, etc.

· Ensure failover support of product infrastructure as well as integrity of databases

· Design, build, deliver dashboards and reports to monitor product environments and underlying cloud infrastructure to identify bottlenecks causing degradation of service quality and/or availability. Set triggers to alert on potential infrastructure risks.

· Work with monitoring tools; manage access and permissions; maintain appropriate configurations; provide recommendations on system improvements.

· Ensure tools/environments are leveraging security configuration correctly. Proactively govern security and enforce policies.

· Evaluate, provide cost effective recommendations, and enhance the existing Azure DevOps architecture, configuration, procedures and processes to provide a more robust, dependable, efficient and flexible system.

· Provision virtual machines, AKS clusters using cloud management solutions.

· Mentor and guide fresh talent in the capability.

· Follow all industry standard practices and procedures.

· Estimation and timely completion of given responsibilities.

· Staying abreast of latest technological development in Cloud and DevOps area.

· Work independently and collaborate with rest of the product engineering team.

Requirements:

· Engineering degree/equivalent with excellent and consistent academic track record.

· 3+ year experience of working as in DevOps and Cloud engineer capacity in a reputed organization. Currently practicing DevOps methodology.

· Expertise in Kubernetes is a must.

· Proven experience in system automation, deployment, and implementation.

· In depth understanding and hands-on with AZURE cloud infrastructure.

· In depth understanding and hands on with monitoring tools - Prometheus and Grafana

· Excellent knowledge of source control management using BitBucket, GitHub, etc. (at least 1 - BitBucket preferred).

· Experience of developing CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure Pipeline, Jenkins, etc (at least 1 - Bitbucket Pipelines preferred).

· Strong knowledge of Cloud and Network Security best practices.

· Hands-on Linux administration experience and configuring and automating monitoring tools.

· Hands-on messaging system administration (Kafka preferred)

· Knowledge of at least one scripting knowledge such as Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.

· Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Mongo DB preferred). Administrative knowledge of Mongo DB will be an advantage.

· Experience of working on micro-services and Docker.

· Experience of working on APIs, React JS apps will be an added advantage.

· Knowledge of securing cloud based infrastructure with associated testing methodologies.

· Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) including Agile Development Methodology.

· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in fast paced environment.

· Should have excellent problem-solving skills with positive attitude.

· Self-learner, proactive having attention to detail.
