Key Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on DevOps practices.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our processes.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of three years in a DevOps or similar role.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Experience with ITIL is highly desirable.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Cloud Technologies: Strong knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in ITIL, AWS or Azure
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack).
