Required Skills and Experience: AWS, GCP or Azure Expertise: Proven experience in managing and deploying applications on AWS compute/network services, GCP and Azure. Terraform: Strong proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure as code. Authentication and Authorization: Experience with authentication protocols and authorization mechanisms. FinOps: Understanding of financial operations and cost optimization in cloud environments. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform. DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab and DevOps practices. Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
