Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure and a strong background in CI/CD pipeline management, automation, and infrastructure monitoring. This role requires a proactive approach to managing and optimizing our systems' reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support: Provide support with a focus on Azure environments.
• Azure Infrastructure: Own and manage monitoring, performance, deployment, SLAs, and SLOs.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Expertly manage pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, Terraform, and ARM templates.
• Azure Networking & Security: Implement and manage NSGs, subnets, firewalls, RBAC, Key Vault, and managed identities.
• Reliability: Own and manage logging, monitoring, alerting, and auditing using Azure Monitor, log analytics, and Data Factory. Define governance, structure, and scaling strategies (Azure Auto Scale).
• Azure Data Lake: Manage and optimize Azure Data Lake.
• API Failures & Debugging: Handle API failures, Azure functions, logs, and debugging.
• Incident Management: Respond to incidents, manage troubleshooting, and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaboration: Assist data engineers with code promotions and data pipeline & storage.
• Performance Tuning: Responsible for performance tuning.
• Incident Handling: Fix all infrastructure incidents.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production support, specifically with Azure.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking and security practices.
• Proficiency in monitoring and performance tools within Azure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers and other team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Data Lake and Data Factory.
• Familiarity with Azure Auto Scale and scaling strategies.
• Strong understanding of governance and structure within Azure environments.

This position pays $15/hr USD
