Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team at our Pune (Kothrud) office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and automating the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Manage and monitor cloud-based and on-premises environments.
Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline deployment processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the development, testing, and production environments.
Ensure system security and best practices in all DevOps processes.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Maintain configuration management tools and processes.

Required Skills

Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms Azure.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.
Scripting skills using Shell, Python, or Groovy.
Experience with system monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
Strong understanding of networking, security principles, and system architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices.
Experience with microservices deployment and management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
