Job Description
We are looking for a
DevOps Engineer with
2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our infrastructure and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
cloud platforms,
containerization,
scripting, and
infrastructure operations. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining robust systems that ensure our applications are
secure,
scalable, and
highly available.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Manage and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and testing
- Write scripts in Bash and Python for automation and system tasks
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and network equipment (Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet)
- Provision servers, allocate IPs, and ensure network security compliance
- Participate in disaster recovery (DR) planning, infrastructure audits, and recovery drills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product delivery and infrastructure scalability
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration
- Scripting experience in Bash or Python
- Clear understanding of Data Center / Disaster Recovery (DC/DR) architecture and implementation
- Experience with network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls (e.g., Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet)
- Familiarity with server provisioning, IP allocation, and network security
- Comfortable working in Linux-based environments
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified, CCNA, RHCE, etc.)
