Senior DevOps Engineer- Fintech- Zurich

My client is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team and help them bridge the gap between software development and client delivery. In this role, you'll support internal development and testing environments, assist enterprise clients in running their sophisticated software suite, and provide 3rd level technical support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and support internal development and test infrastructure
• Support enterprise clients in deploying and maintaining our software solutions on their platforms
• Tackle 3rd level support cases and troubleshoot complex technical issues

What You Bring

Must-have experience:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• VMware ESXi
• DevOps tools (e.g., Podman, Docker Compose, SaltStack, Ansible, Rundeck)
• Production environment patching
• Bash scripting
• German & English language (fluent)

Nice-to-have knowledge:

• Oracle or PostgreSQL database systems
• SQL
• Networking protocols (NFS, SMB, DNS, Mail, etc.)
• Experience with financial/enterprise-grade software platforms
