What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of DevOps, you will:

• Manage & monitor cloud-based systems and infrastructure, and databases
• Design automation, security, and redundancy strategies
• Optimise application and database performance alongside developers
• Write custom scripts to streamline operations
• Collaborate with vendors and the IT team

What's required to excel in this role

• Proven DevOps engineering experience in a team-based Agile environment
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible)
• Expertise in metrics-based monitoring, alerting, and automation
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN) & CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Advanced troubleshooting in Linux environments
• AWS certification & cloud administration experience (Azure/GCP a bonus)
