About the Role: Public holidays and weekends On-Call support based on shifts work from client office Bangalore only.

Responsibilities: Azure Devops Cloud engineer

• Mandatory CI/CD Tool - Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Github, Ansible
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Must be experienced on Azure admin
• Monitoring tools - Splunk, ELK, Azure monitor and AppDynamics (Any of two)
• Responsible for Tier 1.5-2 support that includes end-2-end ownership.
• Responsible for 24X7 Major Incident Management support based on customer-created tickets
• Respond, resolve, & escalate tickets in a timely manner
• Take part in the tech bridges, to support the troubleshooting effort when necessary
• Participate in RCCAs when needed

Qualifications:

• Work location: Bangalore
• Shift timings: Regular
• Experience: 7 years
• Work mode: Client site in Bangalore (Work from office)
• Immediate joiners.

Required Skills:

• CI/CD Tools: Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Github, Ansible
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Azure administration experience
• Monitoring tools: Splunk, ELK, Azure monitor, AppDynamics
