Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineers—whether you're just starting your career or bringing 1–2 years of experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and building efficient, reliable systems. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in managing deployments, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
Learn to manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance and scalability.
Support automation of infrastructure provisioning and application deployment.
Collaborate with development teams for the integration and delivery of software updates.
Monitor system performance and help identify and resolve issues to ensure uptime.
Contribute to security best practices to protect applications and data.
Participate in backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
Help document technical processes, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
0–2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or a similar role (internships and projects count!).
Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or any containerization technology.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (via coursework, labs, or personal projects).
Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Shell.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Interest in learning about monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills.

Nice To Have (Preferred But Not Mandatory)

Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Exposure to Agile development and DevOps culture.
Personal or academic projects related to automation, cloud, or infrastructure.
