Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support and troubleshoot issues in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
- Implement health monitoring and support containerized applications
- Develop deployment templates
- Manage enterprise apps in OpenShift containers
- Administer OpenShift clusters (preferred)
- Support Java-based applications using Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Work on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms (cost management, autoscaling, performance testing)
- Administer Kafka and related components (Kafka Brokers, Zookeeper, Schema Registry, etc.)
- Ensure smooth CI/CD process and DevOps pipeline integration
- Coordinate container builds and go-live activities
- Maintain documentation, reports, and track incidents and issues
- Take ownership of production issues and drive resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analyze system inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Champion containerization initiatives and onboarding of applications

- Helm Chart, Microservices, MS SQL
- Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA)

Qualification:
- Must hold Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development
- Demonstrated experience in similar environments and projects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure settings
