We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong operations focus to join our team, supporting one of our Greek banking customers in Athens. This role is perfect for someone passionate about systems reliability, automation, and high-impact results in a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Build and configure delivery environments supporting CI/CD tools using Agile delivery methodologies.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using scripts and templates to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency.
Monitor and support installed systems, ensuring maximum availability and performance, while proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.
Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements and resolve complex technical issues.
Contribute to defining the DevOps technology roadmap, toolsets, and strategies based on industry best practices

Requirements

Experience with containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of networking, VIPs, firewalls, and load balancers.
Security-minded, with experience in implementing security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Self-motivated, deadline-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Digital Accelerator modules is a plus
