Our team is composed of talented engineers, researchers, and traders who work together to develop and execute data-driven trading strategies across global markets. As we scale our infrastructure and systems, we’re looking for a seasoned DevOps Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure initiatives and ensure robust, secure, and scalable operations.

Role Overview

As DevOps Manager, you’ll take ownership of our cloud-based infrastructure (primarily AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and overall DevOps strategy. You’ll lead efforts to optimize performance, improve deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and manage security best practices — enabling our research and trading teams to build, test, and deploy rapidly with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps/Infrastructure engineers
• Own CI/CD pipeline development and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and trading teams to streamline workflows
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems
• Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Monitor systems proactively using modern observability tools
• Evaluate and implement DevSecOps best practices
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role
• Deep experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, EKS, RDS, IAM, etc.)
• Strong background in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a trading, fintech, or high-performance environment is a plus

Nice to Have

• Exposure to low-latency systems or high-frequency trading infrastructure
• Experience working in a regulated financial environment
• Familiarity with data engineering pipelines
