Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure to support various applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
- Manage container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Continuously monitor system performance and security, responding to incidents proactively.
- Automate processes to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with software development teams to align on best practices for deployment.
- Conduct regular audits of the AWS environment to ensure compliance and security.
- Support system scalability and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively.
- Document processes and system configurations for future reference.
- Develop and conduct training programs for team members on DevOps best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud computing.
- Ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams to improve operations.
- Participate in daily stand-ups to discuss progress and roadblocks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevOps roles.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
- Strong knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Solid scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Node.js.
- In-depth understanding of networking and security best practices.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects.
- Certifications in AWS or DevOps are a plus.
