Role:

Spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of robust CI/CD platforms tailored for hybrid cloud environments.
Oversee the deployment and management of large-scale Source Code Management (SCM) and Code Management Systems (CMS).
Establish and uphold best practices for branching strategies, deployment workflows, configuration management, and artifact handling to ensure consistent and reliable software releases.
Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies to enhance system resilience, scalability, and performance.
Partner with development and infrastructure teams to architect and integrate a comprehensive DevOps toolchain that meets enterprise delivery demands.
Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across the full technology stack, including cloud, on-premise, containers, networks, identity systems, and OS layers.
Ensure security is embedded into infrastructure and pipelines from development through to production, aligning with industry best practices.
Deploy and maintain proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for early detection and rapid response to system anomalies.
Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization efforts in line with Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Conduct security assessments, such as vulnerability scans and penetration tests, to identify and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with operations teams on incident response, and lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
Hands-on experience with AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure, including automation and scalability of platform services.
Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
Deep expertise with modern DevOps tools and platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Cloud Foundry.
Strong understanding of IT financial management with experience overseeing budgets that align with strategic business objectives.
Broad familiarity with open-source technologies, distribution frameworks, and contemporary DevOps ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience driving large-scale digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives.
