As the Head of Platform and Reliability Engineering, you’ll lead infrastructure innovation and operational excellence at the core of mission-critical platforms.

What You’ll Do

Spearhead platform stability and availability efforts, minimizing downtime and system failures.
Define and drive the technical roadmap for platform engineering to boost developer productivity.
Lead incident response, ensure infrastructure accountability, and oversee cloud cost optimization.
Guide and grow Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to scale technical excellence.
Collaborate closely with C-level leadership to align engineering goals with company strategy.

What You Need

Strong track record managing complex platform or infrastructure teams at large scale.
Experience in web service design, cloud-native development, and DevOps/SRE best practices.
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus.
Fluency in both Japanese and English (business level).
Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills across technical and executive teams.
