One of our companies is currently looking for an Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer in Canada or the United States.
This is a high-impact remote role supporting AI platforms and infrastructure critical to scaling next-generation software systems. As an Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and highly available environments that enable fast, reliable deployment of AI tools and applications. This position is ideal for engineers passionate about automation, reliability, and unlocking innovation through streamlined infrastructure. You will be a key contributor to optimizing systems performance, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and empowering internal teams through operational excellence.
Accountabilities:
Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructure for AI/ML tools, pipelines, and data platforms
Maintain containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) environments to support scalable workloads
Build CI/CD pipelines that ensure reproducibility and efficiency across ML workflows
Collaborate with security teams to implement and uphold best practices in compliance and data protection
Automate infrastructure provisioning with tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
Monitor system health and performance using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack
Troubleshoot complex distributed system issues and ensure platform resilience
Create and maintain clear documentation to scale platform knowledge across teams
Requirements
4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
Proficient with AWS (or other cloud platforms), Kubernetes, and Docker
Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi)
Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or similar languages
Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
Knowledge of networking, identity management, and cloud security best practices
Familiarity with GPU-based infrastructure and support for ML/AI workloads
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
