We are looking for an Infrastructure / SRE interested in building the next generation of digital coworkers for financial services—sophisticated AI agents that work alongside analysts at top investment firms. We’re looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help scale our secure deployment pipelines and build out the foundational systems that keep our platform fast, resilient, and secure. This role sits at the heart of our engineering org and will help power rapid product iteration in a highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and maintain secure, scalable deployment pipelines across our infrastructure.
• Work closely with product and ML teams to enable fast iteration while meeting strict security and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain tools and services that improve system reliability, observability, and developer productivity.
• Contribute to broader infrastructure decisions across cloud environments, CI/CD systems, and on-prem deployments.
• Help shape our internal culture and best practices as an early infrastructure hire.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles. We’re open to strong candidates with less experience.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining secure deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to high-security, regulated environments (finance, defence, fintech, etc.) is a big plus.
• Strong fundamentals in systems reliability, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/etc.), and CI/CD tooling.
• A pragmatic, security-conscious mindset and a passion for building tooling that enables others to move fast without breaking things.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with on-prem or hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code.
• Previous exposure to fast-moving startups or early-stage environments.
