Junior DevOps Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintain the CI/CD platform and pipelines to improve developer productivity, agility, and code quality.
  • Provides guidance to development teams to improve performance and operability of the solutions they develop.
  • Works with Architect Team to make application templates available on the DevOps platform with related modifications to CI/CD pipelines
  • Develops and continuously improve automation solutions to enable teams to build, scan and deploy code efficiently and consistently.
  • Ensures that systems meet business and customer needs for reliability and availability.
  • Monitors and manages platform (tools and integrations) performance and service quality, including troubleshooting, identification of root causes and issue resolution.
  • Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps-related roles.
  • Hands-on experience in 1 or more scripting or coding languages/tools (e.g., Helm, Shell Script, ARM Template, Python)
  • Experience in maintaining one or more CI/CD platforms and pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo) is highly desirable
  • Infrastructure knowledge, especially in Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes, is highly desirable
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Inquisitive, flexible, and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn new programming languages, tools, and technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Disciplined and structured approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment
