SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their expanding team. This role is suited for professionals with 1-2 years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, particularly in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment workflows, optimize cloud environments, and drive automation initiatives.

POSITION INFO:

Required Skills & Experience:

1-2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
Practical experience with Kubernetes and Helm Charts.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Competency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
Knowledge of version control (Git) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Bicep) is advantageous.
Foundational understanding of networking, security, and cloud system administration.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the management and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Deploy and oversee applications on Kubernetes clusters using Helm Charts.
Assist in containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitor, diagnose, and enhance cloud infrastructure and application performance.
Work with developers to improve deployment automation and system reliability.
Contribute to security and compliance measures for cloud environments.
Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and best practices.
