Junior/Mid-Level DevOps Engineer – £50,000 - 60,000 Basic salary

Harrington Starr is delighted to be representing our world leading client in the funds network space in their search for a Junior DevOps Engineer. The client is a world class player operating globally with multiple locations worldwide. This Junior DevOps Engineer will be instrumental in working within the organisations engineering group and will involve building systems and test automation infrastructure.

What you will do:

• Maintain and enhance existing Helm charts
• Become part of the Development Workstreams alongside Development, Infrastructure, Security and Database specialists
• Maintain and improve the Continuous Integration and Delivery systems and their usage in the development and infrastructure teams.

What you'll need:

• Kubernetes and Helm application deployments and troubleshooting
• Exposure to Azure
• Terraform or other IaC tools for deploying to the cloud
• Agile development practices.
• Using Configuration Management tools such as Chef, Puppet or Ansible to configure Windows and Linux virtual machines
• Bash scripting
• Configuration and management of Windows Servers
