We’re looking for a DevOps System Engineer to join our team and help us build secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure and release pipelines that empower our products and teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in DevOps, systems administration, or IT infrastructure principles and a passion for automation, infrastructure-as-code, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Support and improve our CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment strategies
• Automate workflows and infrastructure using scripting and modern DevOps tools
• Collaborate with software engineers and QA teams to ensure reliable software delivery
• Maintain and evolve, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure in AWS and internal environments
• Work with both Windows and Linux environments
• Manage access, system configurations, and backups
• Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements
• Use Terraform + Ansible and other tools to manage infrastructure-as-code
• Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving deployment or infrastructure issues

What You Should Have

• Experience in software and/or release engineering (internships or personal projects welcome!)
• Experience in systems administration, DevOps, or infrastructure support
• Ability to understand and work with complex build/release systems
• Scripting or programming knowledge in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (preferably Jenkins)
• Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux
• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Exposure to or curiosity about cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), Docker, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• (Don’t worry if you haven’t mastered these yet – we’ll help you grow!)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to release processes for C++, Java, C#/.NET, or JS/NodeJS applications
• Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, ECS, etc.)
• Knowledge of networking, DNS, VPN, or system hardening practices
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging solutions (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
