Join a forward-thinking tech company that’s reshaping its industry. I am hiring on behalf of my client, a hands-on Performance Testing Lead to architect testing strategy, tooling, and environments across a modern, hybrid cloud/on-prem ecosystem.

🛠️ What You’ll Own

• Define, lead, and deliver the company-wide performance testing strategy
• Architect realistic, production-like environments for load, stress, and soak testing
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, SRE, and Engineering teams to embed performance from the start
• Build or extend tools (JMeter, k6, BlazeMeter, etc.) and pipelines to support continuous testing
• Translate real user traffic into meaningful simulations and system modelling
• Guide and mentor others while staying hands-on with automation and infrastructure

✅ What You Bring

• 10+ years of performance testing experience in complex enterprise systems
• 4+ years in a leadership role (team lead or management)
• Proven expertise with tools like JMeter, k6, BlazeMeter, Kibana, etc.
• Strong Infra-as-Code skills (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience testing APIs, UIs, services, and databases at scale
• A curious, pragmatic, and strategic mindset - always looking for better ways to test and tune
