We are seeking a talented Platform Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace and Microsoft Cloud technologies. 

As a Platform Engineer at Synlo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers utilise technology effectively and productively. You will be on the lookout for transformative tech that can make a significant impact in our customers’ businesses. With a strong focus on automation and AI tooling, you will continuously seek that one percent improvement in our support and back-end processes to enhance our efficiency.

• Skills: You should have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft M365 Modern Workplace products and Azure cloud skills. Ideally, you will also have experience managing workplace devices such as laptops, audio-visual equipment, and telephony systems. Network technology and security skills are also essential. 
• Certification and Education:  Ideally, you will have completed several Microsoft certifications in Modern Workplace and/or Azure disciplines. A bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field is highly desirable. 
• Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years in platform engineering roles, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem. 
• Consulting Experience: You have experience in customer-facing technology roles, working with a variety of customer personalities and roles to achieve outcomes. You are consultative by nature and don’t suffer from the “smartest person in the room” syndrome. 
• Communication: You can communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. You can convey information quickly and succinctly when needed and know when to just listen.
