What They’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Platform Engineering (not just DevOps).
• Background in designing and building highly available, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
• Experience with observability, automation, and SRE practices.
• Previous experience working on financial or enterprise-grade platforms is a plus.
• Experience with a programming language such as Python, Java or .Net
