We're looking for a motivated and experienced Platform Engineer to join our team focused on building and maintaining resilient multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms on AWS. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our technical team to design, implement, and support cloud-native infrastructure using infrastructure as code principles.

Your tasks:
Design and implement multi-tenant Kubernetes environments using tools like Rancher and Crossplane
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to provision and manage AWS resources
Create automation for deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and self-service capabilities
Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
Troubleshoot complex issues across the infrastructure stack
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation
Support product teams to effectively utilize the platform
Requirements
Your profile:
3+ years of experience with Kubernetes administration and operations
Strong experience with AWS or Azure services and infrastructure provisioning
Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices
Experience with container orchestration platforms (particularly Rancher)
Familiarity with Crossplane for Kubernetes-based infrastructure provisioning
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
Strong automation and scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
Experience with Multitenant Kubernetes architecture
Experience with AWS IAM and Kubernetes RBAC for secure multi-tenancy
Background in DevOps/Platform Engineering practices and principles
Experience in operating Linux systems
