Role Overview

As the RFT & EDS Production Integrity Site Lead, you will oversee IT production stability, aligning with ITIL standards and transitioning towards a Site Reliability Engineering model. You will establish and lead a Bucharest-based team within a 24x7 follow-the-sun model, ensuring seamless operations in a hybrid cloud environment while driving automation and AI/ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Bucharest production integrity team, integrating it into the global 24x7 model
• Ensure production stability during the EMEA time zone and improve operational KPIs
• Lead automation, monitoring, and AI/ML-driven technical improvements
• Oversee cloud migration projects while maintaining hybrid cloud operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Foster a culture of production engineering and continuous improvement
• Implement risk and control measures, ensuring audit readiness and compliance

Requirements

• Experience in IT production management, site reliability engineering, or cloud transformation
• Proven leadership in managing global, diverse teams
• Technical expertise in Oracle, UNIX, cloud technologies, Python, Java, and SAP
• Knowledge of ITIL standards, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Strong stakeholder management and risk control experience
