Transformation Program Managers

Qualification Criteria – ​

• 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with 5+ years managing cloud adoption, migration, modernization, transformation, transition or optimization programs.​
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud adoption, migration, and modernization projects.​
• Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud strategies.​
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native development methodologies.​
• Understanding of cloud architectures, security frameworks, and automation strategies.​
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for cloud programs.​
• Excellent leadership, communication, risk management and stakeholder management skills.​
• Ability to drive innovation, navigate ambiguity, and lead cross-functional teams.​
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.​

referred certifications (at least one): ​

• PMP (Project Management Professional)​
• PRINCE2 Practitioner​
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Scrum Master
• ​AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner (preferred but not mandatory)
