Set up proactive monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) to ensure system uptime and respond quickly to incidents or performance issues.
Apply DevSecOps practices by ensuring secure access controls, managing sensitive credentials safely, and aligning infrastructure and processes with the client's compliance and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment strategies and developer workflows.
Lead incident response and postmortem processes to improve system resiliency.
