The Sr. Manager of Infrastructure & Security will lead SpectraMedix's transformation from on-prem infrastructure to Azure PaaS-based architecture, while overseeing all general IT infrastructure operations. This includes hands-on leadership in areas such as virtualization, endpoint management, IT policies, Active Directory, network security, compliance, and more. The ideal candidate has a deep background in healthcare IT, with strategic and technical leadership experience across both traditional infrastructure and modern cloud environments.
Job Description
Azure Cloud & Migration Leadership
Lead the migration of infrastructure from on-premise to Azure PaaS, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Design and implement secure, cost-effective solutions using Azure native services including App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and more.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.
